FMG Test Service is unavailable - Unable to Create New Audio Provider

When I attempt to add my company's toll-free teleconference information into Connect, the audio test always brings back the response "FMG Test Service is unavailable."

This keeps me from saving my audio provider to my profile. Any ideas?

Is the Connect account hosted with Adobe?

I assume so - I go to "companyname.adobeconnect.com" whenever I need to do anything in Connect.
