Microsoft Outlook Add-in error: "Server connection cannot be establish
I've been using Adobe Connect Microsoft Outlook add-in for the last 4 years with no problem until I came back from vacation a week ago. I was going to give a training to user when I tried to login to the Outlook Add-in via Preferences and when I tried to connect to my Adobe Connect portal/server, it gives the following error message:
"Server connection cannot be established. Please verify the server address and try again".
However, when I use a web browser to go directly to my Adobe Connect portal, I am able to get in and do my Adobe Connect tasks with no problem.
Not sure if this is related to the fact now that I'm using Office 365 version of Outlook.
I talked to Adobe Connect technical support and the answer is that it may be Outlook since I am able to get in via an internet browser.
Has anyone exprienced the same problem as I am having?
