White screen Adobe Connect Add in

Hi friends!

I am a flex developer, but now I work like a support technician for a university where we use Adobe Connect for our classes. Since yesterday, many of our students are shown a blank screen when they open Adobe Connect.

We have make a lot of tests like erase Adobe Connect Add-In and download again and install, but it's still showing white screen.

Please, help!!!!!

Someone knows how to stop showing the blank screen?

Hi! We have the same problem. I solved it manually by selecting the following setting on internet explorer

Internet options. Advance options - select use SLL 1.0 2.0 and TSL 3.0 2.0

Hi Damian!!

A millions of thanks! Today Adobe told us the same solution but not yesterday...

I had installed debug Flash player to understand which errors have the new version.
