Adobe Connect Diagnostic Test

Is there a way to:
1) Launch Adobe Connect Diagnostic test before users can enter a meeting? Only if they pass test are they then redirected to a specific meeting.

2) Can we export test results from Adobe Diagnostic Test results?

In an ideal world, here's what I would love to accomplish:
Force users to go to Adobe Connect. Once they pass test, redirect them to a specific Meeting. Is this possible?
