Attendees Kicked Out of Meeting Room

Hello.

Lately, we have had multiple meetings (classes) in which attendees were kicked out of the meeting room. Sometimes it was all attendees, sometimes it was a few attendees, sometimes it was a few attendees and the host. This has happened multiple times with different instructors (hosts), in different cities, at different times. Adobe Support doesn't seem to be finding anything in the logs. Has anyone experienced something similar? Do you have any recommendations?

How is your account hosted; with Adobe, ACMS, Managed Service, privately hosted?

Are users connecting through a VPN or on a corporate network?

If all Connect sees is a disconnect from the user's side, then there isn't much that can be derived from the logs. A more complete picture of the full environment is needed to suss out any valid possibilities.
