IOS device( iphone and iPad) cannot see the face of speaker

Hi

ios device cannot support the camera function of Adobe connect, If users use ios, cannot see the face of speaker, but still can listen or access the ppt. But Windows desktop and Android are OK.

Any idea?

The ios User encountered this problem since last week , cannot see the face of speaker too.

Have you revised codes as below provided by Adobe Connect  ?

On connect server open custom.ini ( Location- /Connect/9.X/Custom.ini ).
Add following entries in custom.ini :
SCREENSHARE_FALLBACK_TO_VP6=true
CAMERA_FALLBACK_TO_VP6=true
Save the file and reboot the Adobe Connect service.
