Unable to view webcam video on iOS app when streamed from Desktop
We have a licensed server that we have installed on an AWS VM. It is running 9.8.1
We have clients coming from Apple iPads and iPhones and they are unable to view video coming from desktop Connect Add-ins. All they see is the black pod, and no streaming video. Other Windows desktops, and Android mobile devices are able to see the video stream.
If another iOS device broadcasts video from its webcam, all clients, including the other iOS devices are able to see the video pod stream.
This has just started to occur in the last week.
Is this occurring for anyone else? Any suggestions?

Finally got a solution from support.
So if anyone else does have the problem:
Edit custom.ini file
Restart Connect Services.
