Integrated Audio and VOIP

We are using PGi for our integrated audio, but it doesn't allow us to select both telephone and VOIP to be active at the same time. We can only select one or the other.

I tried creating a universal voice profile with the PGi info and it does the same thing.

I contacted PGi and was told they can't support any issues with Adobe Connect and their audio and to contact Adobe.

Is this a limitation of the PGi integration or am I missing something in the setup?

Ok... I dug deeper and it appears that the Universal Voice option was disabled for our provider. I've enabled it and now I can select both VOIP and telephone for a meeting.

Now to test the audio quality when using both.

Glad you figured it out. I'm not surprised that PGi wasn't much help.

For others looking for where this option can be enabled, I believe it is located at the following location in Connect Central:

Administration > Account > More Settings
