Green bars to Orange to Red

Hi,
I teach from home using Adobe Connect. Never had any issues until January. Since then every time I log into my room, it starts off with all green bars (excellent connectivity), THen within a minute or so it goes orange. Sometimes it goes red and stops recording. Students cannot hear me properly and are getting frustrated.
I have a new computer but the same issue is happening when I try my old one.
I am working with my broadband provider and have poor speed anyway but am getting a new modem tomorrow (the one I have is only a few weeks old though) and have connected PC to socket directly instead of wifi only. Still problems. I don't know what else to do. I never had these problems previously and have lectured using Adobe for 7 or 8 years.
Any help really appreciated!

It sounds like a connectivity issue. However, you can enable logging for your computer to see if something is happening with the connect app. https://helpx.adobe.com/adobe-connect/k … ional.html

It may be worth working with the Connect Support team, but they may just pass it off as an issue with your internet provider.
