connect crashes when opening pptx file

Connect crashes when I upload a specific pptx file.
Other pptx files work fine.
When I convert the file to ppt it works fine as well.
This is adobe connect 9.6.2
with add in WIN 11.9.980.387 on firefox 57.
Anyone else got this problem?
