Can't save offline recording


Have been able to process offline recordings in mp4 for years without a problem. All of a second, after I select a location on my PC where to save the file I get the following error:

"You don't have permission to save in this location

Contact the administrator to obtain permission".

Have not changed a thing on my PC (windows 7 pro and latest Firefox).

Whatever location I choose I get this message. No problem saving other file types on my PC.

Any idea?

This sounds like a computer security issue. Try restarting your computer and see if that resolves the issue. If that doesn't work you can try running your browser as an Admin (right click on the icon for it to see that option).

If that doesn't work, I'd recommend you reach out to Adobe Support to see if they have a solution. … pport.html

Hello, I ended up managing to produce the offline recordings using Internet Explorer. But tried with Firefox and Chrome with latest versions of Flash Player, browsers and Adobe Connect Addin on two different PCs and had the same issue on both PCs. No one else is reporting this issue?
