Leaving Adobe - Will my saved recordings be affected?

Hello,

I work at Adobe and use Adobe Connect.  I'm leaving the company in a couple of days and have a set of important recordings that my team is utilizing.  What will happen to those recordings?  Is there anything I need to do in the event they are affected?

Assuming Adobe doesn't close their own account, the recordings will remain. Removing a user account does not remove the content and meetings associated with that user. If you can move them to a Shared Content folder, that will make them easier for someone else to manage moving forward, but an Administrator of the account could do that as well.

Hi Samantha,

Your recordings should be fine, but it might be worth moving them into the 'Shared Content' library so they'll be easier for your team to access. This way, they'll also be kept intact if your Adobe Connect account or meetings are deleted. You can reach out to me internally if you need any help with this.
