Drawing tool Quality

We use the drawing tools during our presentations, however i have noticed that the quality of the lines drawn are not great

the first picture shows the input whilst drawing, the second picture shows the line quality after the pen has completed the line

i am using a wacom tablet for the input

pictures seem a little small here, you may need to click on the image to see the details
