Pre-Recorded Webinars

Due to staff busy schedules, we wanted the ability to pre-recorded a webinar to air at a later date.  Does Adobe Connect allow for this sort of thing?  For example, we plan to hold a webinar on July 20th.  Unfortunately, the majority of the staff presenting have other commitments on 7/20 that won't allow for a "live" webinar per se.  However, if we could pre-record the webinar and air the recorded webinar on 7/20 would this be possible?

You could run the webinar with only the presenters and record it and then provide the link to the recording for the intended audience on the 20th.

If you need to run specific individual's portion of the live session in a pre-recorded format, you could look to a couple solutions.

- Use Adobe Presenter or Adobe Captivate to record and on-demand version of the presentation that could be played back in a Connect Share pod.

- Record their presentation in a Connect room. Then use the Make Offline option to create an MP4 of the recording and load that MP4 into a Share pod to play back in the live session.
