Shift upgrades to Saturday/Sunday overnight?

I'd like to recommend Adobe move the upgrade window to Saturday/Sunday overnight instead of Sunday/Monday overnight. Our Asia clients are often impacted by potential disruptions up until Monday 2pm or later in their region (2am Sunday PST when the upgrade window closes).
Any general support for this idea in the community here?
