I am an elementary principal and have created a single "form" for the purpose of a "pass along" file that allows their current teacher to fill out information for each student as they get ready to move from one grade level to the next. 

I've created this form and have duplicated the page 25 times, one for each student in a single classroom, but because all I've done is duplicated the page, when I enter information in a "field-x" on page 1 it enters that same information in "field-x" on all 25 pages. 

My goal is to create a single PDF document that one teacher can enter all 25 of his/her students information and print that one document, instead of having to have 25 separate documents that my teachers have to open separately.   Is there a way that I don't have to rename every field on all 25 pages so that they can be unique and accomplish my goal without having to rename every field?
