Adobe Connect archived meeting looping between 15-20 secs

Have a weird technical issue, was wondering if anyone could help.

An archived adobe connect video available on the web starts to loop around the 15-20 sec mark.

We have a proxy server present, and enabled for all users.  When running a packet capture, I notice at the beginning of the video a "non proxy aware" connection is being made randomly between 63.140.35.1 thru 5.  All other web attempts go through our proxy as normal.

Does the Adobe Connect player itself have proxy settings that need configuring?  I find it strange to see this calling out directly and via the configured proxy in our browser.
