unable to share screen

I am a tech for a company and we recently moved from windows 7 to windows 10. All of our users who use adobe connect are unable to share their desktops. I have installed the new connect add-in that was supposed to resolve the problem but it did not work. I tried clearing settings. turned off pop up blocker.
Tried in multiple browsers all same problem. (IE, Edge, Chrome, FireFox)
User stated the process they are doing is how they have been doing.
No issues until Win 10 was deployed.
Checked add-ins running and the adobe connect does appear and is turned on.
ran adobe connect diagnostics test and it was not showing the add-in but the test allowed me to finalizing the product adobe connect and finished the install. re ran test and all requirements are now green. but still unable to share desktop. There are no errors no pop ups nothing it just looks like a button with no executable action.

Re: unable to share screen

Can you share a screen shot of the button with no action that you are seeing? That would help clarify where you are stuck and may give some ideas about what to do about it.
