Is it possible to rollback a Connect classroom to a previous state?

Hi all,

We are developing and testing a classroom.  This morning we noticed the work we had done yesterday was not "saved".

The content we loaded to the shared screen pods is no longer there (mp4 and pptx files), the pods are blank.

Changes made to layouts were not "saved".

Is there a way to roll back to a previous state?

What could cause this?

Hi Brandon,

All of your changes should be saved automatically. There is no 'save' button for the room. All changes should be persistent.

The only thing that I can think of that would cause the issue you're seeing is if the content was removed via the web interface (you can access 'uploaded content' via Adobe Connect Central) - but this is very unlikely. When you choose to upload new content, you can choose from previously uploaded content - does your MP4 and PPTX file show up here?

To answer your question - there is a way to reset the layouts to their default state.  Under the 'Layouts' menu, you can choose 'Reset Layouts'. This won't address the issue you're having though.
