Unable to download / make offline recorded meetings

While trying to download /  make offline recorded meetings, it keeps giving error " Adobe Acrobat Connect Add-in 9.1  r314 has encountered a problem & needs to close"

This msg is flash on mutliple pc on several tries, so is unlikely to be pc specific.

request solution to this problem.

Try removing your current Connect Add-in from Add/Remove programs and install this one;

In hosted account of connectpro:

1 How do you make settings in admin to force recordings of all meetings by default for compliance ?

2. How / Can you set a new custom background image for branding (i.e. under the pods) for all meeting rooms in the account ?
