Adobe Connect Meetings vs Adobe Connect Events

I am spending a pretty significant amount of time scheduling events each week. Is there any way to make events recurring?

I know meetings can be made recurring, but do meetings have an event catalog? Or a landing page of some sort?

Unfortunately there isn't a recurring option for events. The best solution is to duplicate the event and then modify the dates of the new event. This should retain all the properties of the original, or previous event, and save you time when dealing with a recurring event.
