Changing URL - Hosted Connect

We wish to change the meeting URL we use as the company has changed names.

It the Adobe Connect 9 Hosted version we use.

How do we do this and are there any consequences for existing meeting rooms and templates?

The biggest consequence is that all links will change. So any meeting room or content object will need to have the new server URL infront of it.

For example, if the current link to your room is http://oldcompany.adobeconnect.com/myroom/ the new link will be http://newcompany.adobeconnect.com/myroom/

Changing it isn't all that hard. The best way to do it is to reach out to Adobe Support at 800-945-9120 or start a chat session with them here, https://helpx.adobe.com/adobe-connect/c … pport.html.

Then, you'll probably need to do some training/updating of your staff and customers that they now need to use the new link.
