Participant Rate "Decaying" over time? (AC 9.5 Adobe Hosted)

For some reason, the participant response counts recorded in the AC back-end (kdad.adobeconnect.com/ ...)
seem to decay over time. For instance, when we were checking participant attendance from an event held on 10/09/2015, AC showed 64 (as of today, 10/6/16) when, in actuality, it was 116 (number as recorded by Klipfolio).

Here's a link to the screenshot: Youth%20Savings%20Participant%20count.png

Similarly, an event the next month, AC shows 50 when it was really 95.

Has anyone else experienced this?

If anyone from Adobe sees this, kindly advise; accurate reporting of event attendance is key to our project. I can also send along more information as needed.

Thanks,
Adam

Is there any chance that people were attending through a direct link to the meeting room, as opposed to the link provided by the Event?

I am having the same issue with all of our events.  Apparently they are working on this issue and have logged it as a bug.  I'm hoping this gets fixed real soon because the only way i can tell now if someone truly attending our event is if they received our thank you for attending email.

Walleye,

Can you share the bug number? That would allow others with this issue to call into support and report that issue and get an increase in the priority of the fix.
