Breakout rooms: Some suggestions with labelling

Both in the Breakouts Pod. A couple of small UI design suggestions:

1. Change the label of the button 'Begin breakouts' to:
    'Initialise breakouts' the first time it's done for these breakout groups when content is copied from Main meeting.
  and 'Resume breakouts' thereafter until the groups are cleared or reset.
At the moment this is a single button that has two quite different functions in different contexts.

2. When the breakouts are inactive, grey out the 'Breakout 1 (1)' and 'Breakout 2 (1)' etc. headings.
I know the Begin Breakouts button shows inactive, but a quick glance at the users in breakouts gives you a mixed message atm.  Greyed out headings will reinforce the inactivity while also still showing who is assigned to which room.
