Curriculum-html5-captivate 9, not working

Firstly my apologies if this post should of gone in the Captivate forum.

My problem is when I create a course in html5 using Captivate 9 it works perfectly. Once I create a curriculum of similar type courses the browser reports back as not supported? If I convert the content to Flash it works but because the content is instructional videos and I'm targeting a whole range of monitor sizes html 5 is perfect for my needs.

Fixes, workarounds appreciated
