Allowing Individual Adjustment of Video Pods

A neat and nice, but not necessary, feature would be to allow individual users to adjust their video pods for Standard, Portrait, or Landscape.  For example, tomorrow I'm arranging a meeting.  There will be three individuals with cameras attending and one group of three who will share a video camera.  Would be great if the three together could use landscape and the others use standard or portrait.

A further refining of an already good product. Really appreciate all the excellent tutorials on videos recently posted.  Been looking all over for some of those answer.
