In-line encoding to .flv
I'd really like to see in-line encoding of common video types (.avi, .mpg, .mov) to .flv when publishing to the Content Library. I mean, Adobe does own the Encoding Server - http://www.adobe.com/products/flashmediaencoding/
I can see how this may not be a good work flow at the Share Pod level, but it would be handy in Connect Pro Central when Content authoring.

Re: In-line encoding to .flv
I agree with Sean on this one. It's a pain for clients who already have video content in other formats to have to convert it to FLV first.
Just as an FYI, there's a free conversion service at www.media-convert.com that is outstanding - and the price is right. It's not as good as products like Flix Pro but for free, who's complaining.
