Abobe Connect iPad App - Video issues

Our webcasts have combinations of Videos, slides and polling.
When coming out of Videos and into a new section, our iPad viewers get a grey screen and the application freezes.  It does not happen for desktop viewers.
The iPad users have to close out the application and re-sign in, and then everything works fine.

Does this happen to anyone else?  Is it a bug in the application?

The video views fine - this happens when the video is over and we go back to slides.
