Trouble adding items to Adobe Connect Exchange

Does anyone else find that the Adobe Exchange for Connect has gone dormant? Files are uploaded and the user is told that they will be evaluated, but nothing happens. No email, no change in status. Users can't add content (and, thus, most of the content is very old).

I just went through the process a few weeks ago.  Took a little while to get the content approved, but eventually it worked.
