Unable to Publish Presentation

I updated my computer to service pack 3 and now am unable to publish a presentation.  Do I need to do something to Adobe Presenter to be able to allow me to publish?

Thanks for any help that you are able to give me!!!

Do you see some error message? If yes, what does it say?

No error message, it just quits out after attempting to publish.

I guess I am not sure that it is related to the new upgrade that I installed, but that is the only thing that I have recently done to my computer.

What is the last thing that happens as it "attempts to publish"? Also, are you trying to publish locally or to the connect server?

I am trying to publish to a folder on my computer - neither PDF or Zip file works.  It really just "blips" out and the publish box goes away and it never actually publishes.  Very strange....  It has never done this before.

It sounds like the best option may be to do the old fashion uninstall and reinstall. Something may be corrupt about your last installation. 

You mention that the local or pdf publishing option doesn't work. Does the publish to Connect option work?
