Don't want Captivate to be useable by participants in meeting room

I want to demonstrate a Captivate project in Connect, but I don't want the participants in the meeting to be able to interact with the project.  I just want to demo the project and explain it, without giving them the ability to answer the quiz questions themselves.  I thought "Force Presenter View" might be the answer, but it isn't.  Is the only answer a pre-recorded video demo or software simulation?  That would be fine except that I would like the ability to change the pace of the demo in order to answer participant questions or restate a procedure as I go.
