View Content on Apple Products

Does anyone know how to remove the tracking code in a PDF file so that an iPad or iPhone can view a PDF file through a curriculum? 

We have a Connect Event that we'd like to provide content for through the Content Library.  We have Adobe Reader setup on our Apple products, but the PDFs won't come up for viewing--continually receive a message that we must view through Reader to enable tracking.

Would like to provide several pieces on-demand content and have them available to any type of device (laptop, iPhone, iPad, Android,etc.).
