Adobe what are you doing? We've figured out a workaround to move our training to something mobile friendly but what about recorded webinars? Surely they will work..right? WRONG! We need to convert them to something mobile friendly...mp4. Awesome! Ok, we'll do that. Oh what's that Adobe? I have to PAY to do this? Wait, didn't I already PAY to have this service and support license in the first place? ..and didn't you say in your marketing (everywhere) that Connect works on mobile devices? It does...but not really, right?
What are my next steps?
Anyone know how much this service to move our recorded connect videos to MP4 might be?
