Adobe Connect iPad app video quality

Is there any fixes available to increase the quality of the video when connecting to a meeting from an iPad. The video quality is extremely poor. I'm hoping there's something that can be done to improve this. Sorry if the topic has been covered already, I haven't been able to find anything.
