Adobe Presenter 10 for a licensed website

We have an on-premise Adobe Connect installation.  Our license allows us to download different Adobe Connect and Presenter versions.   We can download different Adobe Presenter versions except Adobe Presenter 10.    Is Adobe Presenter 10 intended for download from a customer's licensing website?  We have a current support license for a specific number of Presenter licenses.

Should I contact our reseller or Adobe directly to resolve the issue?

If you currently have M&S on Presenter, it is seperate from Connect since Presenter 9 I believe, then it should show in your account on the licensing website. If it is not there, call support and they should be able to quickly add it to your account.
