Adobe Presenter - Published .pdf flles

I have an instructor who states that students are having a hard time opening the published .pdf files.
I gave her the instructions of posting information about using IE or Safari for opening the .pdf files or, downloading the file so that Adobe Acrobat Reader could open the file.
She states that even with these instructions several students are having trouble opening the files.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Viewing the Presenter PDF content requires Acrobat Reader 9 or newer. Other than that it may be a matter of the plug-in in the individuals web browser not supporting the media content in the PDF and they may have to download the PDF and play it locally in Acrobat Reader or Pro.
