I have had 2 instances of this and I would be interested to know if anybody else has experienced it or knows what is causing it.

All participants were joining via a browser and had microphone and camera permissions. All the participants were from the same organisation and use Teams all the time. We had asked them to close Teams before joining the Adobe Connect event.

I had one participant who could be heard by some and not by others. Leaving the event and coming back in seemed to solve the issue.

Participants not fully closing Teams seems to be the main reason why they can't see their mic or cam on the dropdown list but being heard by some and not by others is a new one to me and it would be great if anyone has any suggestions to prevent it happening.
