Adobe Connect not working abroad
Dear Community
We've had multiple reports of students in China not being able to connect or access fully their meetings with Adobe Connect.
Based in London, UK, we have multiple courses running which reply on students to log-in abroad and take part in English lessons.
Some of the feedback collected includes issues with:
- Logging in
- Bad connections
- Slow/lag on media content
- Video not playing or connecting
- Audio not playing or connecting
ANY advice would be much appreciated.

If you are on the EMEA cluster, then the higher latency/lag issues with users in China is possible. The connectivity to a server in Europe from China is a long path. It may be worth exploring the option of having an account in the APAC cluster to see if that resolves the issues.
Alternatively, you could look at moving to a private hosting solution. But, that does come with a higher cost.
