It sounds like the integration with SumTotal looks to the folder specified for the meeting and creates it if it isn't there. When you move the meeting out of that folder, so it no longer sees what it expects to be there (even if it is scheduled in the past). As a result it creates a new room with the same name at that location.
You may want to reach out to SumTotal or the group that created the integration to verify that this is the workflow in the tool.
]]>We are on an Enterprise hosting of Adobe Connect 9. Our Adobe Connect is integrated into our SumTotal LMS.
Recently we tried to clean up and organize our meetings into folders. These are meetings that have already occurred. We noticed a few days later the meetings that we moved were duplicated in their original location.
The originals were still where we moved them, but somehow copies were made of each meeting. Each new meeting had a different meeting launch URL than the original.
Any idea what would cause this to happen?
