Not entirely clear about bandwidth or impact on playback performance of sizing video file larger than default pod size.dyun

hi jturkle,There is indeed a bandwidth impact if you size the video larger than the size it is displayed in the meeting. The Share pod is does not downsample the video, but rather play the video in whatever size it is provided. If the video is larger than the pod then the bandwidth used to play that video back is the bandwidth requirement of the video at that larger size which is essentially a waste of bandwidth.
