In this video tutorial, Alistair looks at the enhanced reporting features of Connect Pro 7. Enhanced reporting was enabled for on-premise customers with the launch of Connect Pro 7. It was enabled for hosted customers with the release of Service Pack 1 in November 2008.

I have a question on the reporting engine. Oursystem populates the manager field from active directory. Manager is one of the required field in user profile.

When I generate Course report with manager field selected, the resuting report does not show the manager.

Any ideas why this would happen.

I simply get an "This report cannot be downloaded" message when I try to download any of the reports.

Any light on this would be helpful, since I am asked to share Host usage reports with a larger group.
