The default settings that are used when publishing from Adobe Presenter work fairly well for most situations. The settings inside of Adobe Presenter though can take your content to the next level.
In this video tutorial, I look at slide properties and presentation settings. You'll see how to lock the slides so users can't navigate off of your content, customize themes and add presenter information.

Andrew - I am new to the group and am needing assistance incorporate a certificate in a curriculum. I noted in your June 22, 2010, post that you had an updated article coming out on this. I am more of a content person and not all that adept with the programming aspect of things, so I need to understand it enough to provide and coding information to my IT support colleagues. If you could send me the link to the most current 'how-to' article on this, that would be immensely helpful.
Thanks much!

I'm sorry, Alistair, the comment above was meant for another tutorial; not sure how it ended up posted here. :-)I wanted to know if you have had trouble with the presentation settings you select not taking/carrying over when publishing. For instance, I have added presenter information (name, title, logo, contact) and then configured my theme settings to show those, but when the presentation publishes the only thing that shows is the title.
Similarly, the slide settings I configure don't take consistently either. I want all of the slides to auto advance, and thus leave the slide setting default as it is (advance by user - 'No'), but when a MS PPT 2010 user launches the presentation, he/she has to manually advance each slide from the playback bar. However, the slides do auto-advance as intended for MS PPT 2007 users.
Any help or advisement you can provide will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks much!
