Have you ever hosted a meeting and wanted to give the participants the ability to share their web-cam or collaborate on a whiteboard without having to promote them? It's a common question, and the good news is that it's fairly straightforward to grant any or all partipants in a meeting Enhanced Participant Rights
To grant your particpants rights that they wouldn't typically have, select one or more partipants from the Attendee List pod. There are two ways you can select multiple partipants. Select the partipant at the top of the list, then hold down the SHIFT key and select a participant near the bottom of the list - this should select all participants in between. Alternatively, you can hold down the CTRL key (CMD on a mac) and single click on each partipant you'd like to select. Once you have selected the participant(s) you want to give extra rights, click on the options menu in the bottom right hand corner of the pod and choose Enhanced Partipant Rights
The dialog box that appears will allow you to choose which rights you'd like to grant to the selected participants. Note that it's possible to check more than one option on this dialog box.

I would like to have participants use the whiteboard overlay tool, however I do not want them to mess with the content I am displaying. For example I do not want them to be able to advance the slide etc. I just want them to be able to use a check mark or type a comment on the slide using the whiteboard overlay tool only.Any suggestions?
