- Fundamentals of Conducting Live Webinars: We will discuss and review the steps and process for conducting highly effective webinars and instructor led training sessions using Adobe Acrobat Connect Professional. We will present best practices for notifying your end-users, setting up your meeting room, customizing layouts, uploading content and ways to engage and interact with your audience. US Government Connect User Group Meeting
Hello, Please join us for the US Government Adobe Connect User Group Meeting. For this meeting, we will present the following: - VOIP Best Practices: We will review the best ways to use VOIP for hosts, presenters and participants in a Connect Pro meeting room. We will also discuss Audio in general and the differences between using the phone and VOIP and when you should use one or the other. - Open discussion: We want to hear from you the user community about how you use Connect and what future topics you want to see. -When to regularly meet? We would also like to have an open discussion with the group to decide when to hold these meetings on a regular basis. That is, what days of the week work best? Beginning, middle, or end of the month? - Call for participants and presenters! We would also like to know if there is anyone else out there willing to present to the group as well. Again, our goal is to bring the US Government Connect User Community together to provide another resource for using Connect to it's utmost.
