Lessons Learned - Rolling out Connect Pro Meeting at Adobe

In this free 60 minute eSeminar, Eric Lerner will share the lessons he learned while managing the enterprise-wide rollout of Connect Pro to Adobe after the merger with Macromedia. Topics will include:
* Identifying the key stakeholders who need to get on board
* How to phase rollout to maximize its effectiveness
* Figuring out an internal support model
* Training end users to ensure success
INSTRUCTIONS FOR PARTICIPATING IN THE EVENT:
1. Conduct a test to ensure your computer is set up with the appropriate tools to participate in a Adobe Acrobat Connect Professional Meeting. To do this, click on the Test Meeting Connection URL located here: http://adobe.breezecentral.com/common/help/en/support/meeting_test.htm
2. 15 minutes prior to the seminar start time, click on the "Go to" URL listed below.
Go to http://seminars.adobe.acrobat.com/connectusers
3. On the Acrobat Connect Pro login screen, type in your FIRST and LAST name in the field marked "GUEST", then click "ENTER".
NOTE: Meeting audio will be conducted using Voice-over-IP and telephone conference. If you wish to attend via telephone, first login to the meeting where dial-in info will be provided.
