Is there an Adobe Connect 24 Help-desk Phone Number?
Hello Community,
My organization does a lot of work on Adobe Connect, with a big emphasis on training events. We are a global organization, which means our Adobe contractors aren't on call 24/7- and they may not be available to troubleshoot when we need them.
I know there is a "Chat Support" online which is available for troubleshooting. Do you know if it's available 24 hours a day?
Do you also know if there is a phone number that can connect you to a help desk? (in case our participants need to use their phones). Something simple where we can just pick up the phone and ask for help.
I dug through the website and was not able to find anything.

Drew, the page with the chat portal also has phone numbers for you to use to call in. I don't know if the chat is 24/7 but the phones are.
If it helps, you can call 800-945-9120 24/7 for Connect Support.
