Connect Diagnostic Screen Issues

Hi all,

For the last several years, we have been asking people to go to the following page prior to the start of a webinar to run a diagnostic test on their computer to ensure it meets the minimum requirements: http://kdla.adobeconnect.com/common/help/en/support/meeting_test.htm

Starting yesterday, people have begun to have problems with it. The main problem we're hearing is that there is only empty white space where the diagnostic test should be - that part of the page is not even opening. Does anyone know what would cause this? Has Adobe stopped supporting these diagnostic pages?

Thanks!

Re: Connect Diagnostic Screen Issues

The URL works fine for me. Can you provide browser and FP version for anyone who is facing this issue?

Just to confirm that it's still working for me too.

It may be worth checking Flash Player just to eliminate that variable - https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html

Re: Connect Diagnostic Screen Issues

Thank you for your responses!

This person says she is using Internet Explorer 11 and has Flash Player 21.0.0.242.
Any other ideas?

Re: Connect Diagnostic Screen Issues

I did a quick test on Windows 8, IE 11, Chrome 51.0.2704.106 and Firefox 45.0.1 all with Flash 22.0.0.192 without any problems. It seems likely to be a local issue.

Is the person able to try it on a different browser or on a different device? I'm sure it's probably already been tried but just trying to remove variables.
