Adobe Connect Add-in doesn't work

Hi!

I am new in this forum. Since yesterday I have problems with my computer and Adobe Connect Add-in, I can not sign in Adobe Connect. When it is launched Add-in then it appears a message "Adobe Connect Add-In stopped working". I checked the flash player version (ok), the connection of Adobe Connect (ok, connected), Internet connection (ok), Adobe Connect Add-in (ok).

It is not a problem with my account because in other computers I can use it and sign in.

I have download the last version of Adobe Connect Add-in and have installed it but still not working. I have tried with different browsers but no success. My computer works with Windows 7.

Could please someone help me?

I would recommend you uninstall the add-in and then re-install the current version. This will help ensure that something wasn't corrupted in a previous version of the add-in that is carrying over to what you have installed. You should be able to uninstall it through the add/remove programs function of Windows.
