Unbelievable: There's a spelling error in an action of the XML API

We are using the most current version of Adobe Connect (9.5.3, hosted) and try to make an audio conference provider accessible via Universal Voice. To make it work in our scenario we have to create and update the audio providers using the XML API.

One of the available actions creates/updates the required "Dial-In steps" so Connect can establish the audio bridge.

But I believe that no one ever used this before except Adobe itself. ;-)

Because the action...

telephony-provider-dial-in-info-update

...doesn't exist!

But there is one that works, I got it from the example in the docs:

telephony-provider-dial-in-info-udpate

Do you see the difference? =D

It's a spelling error in the word update so you have to write udpate to make it work.
Haven't seen an error like this in an public API before. Probably you should support both versions in a future update, just in case other developers using that action (if any) just expect the wrong spelling.

Robin,

Thanks for bringing this to light. I have passed this along to Adobe and they are going to create a bug ticket for it.
