Experiencing increasing performance issues over the academic year

Hello,

I have been using the same AdobeConnect meeting room to run a year-long program with participants across the country meeting monthly during this academic year. Our first 2-3 meetings had zero audio, video, or connection issues. But our last three meetings (during which we used breakout rooms) had consistent issues with audio delay and freezing videos both in breakout rooms and the main room. We were planning to use AdobeConnect for the same program next year, but with this kind of performance I don't think we could do so - it was extremely difficult to have any kind of real communication and was frustrating for everyone.

Is there any reason why creating a new meeting room might help with these issues? I'm not sure why multiple participants would be having such consistent issues after not having any issues in the first half of our program. I'm also not sure how to prevent these issues in future, since all participants had run the diagnostic link, done audio setup wizard, etc...

Any thoughts much appreciated!
